Video: Costa Rica goalkeeper trains by saving tennis balls hit by pro player
If you can save a tennis ball, you can save a soccer ball!
This has to be the motto of Costa Rican goalkeeper Keylor Navas as he has enlisted the help of the 33rd-ranked tennis player in the world, Pablo Andujar, to help him train on the pitch.
Watch as Navas hones his goalkeeping skills by saving tennis balls left and right.
Apparently, the drill has worked thus far as the Costa Ricans are through to the quarterfinals at the moment. They escaped from a tough group that included Italy, England and Uruguay to get this far.
