Herschel Walker: I still do thousands of sit-ups a day to keep physique
Despite retiring from pro football nearly two decades ago, Herschel Walker is still in better physical condition than majority of American males in their prime.
TMZ Sports caught up with the former Heisman winner on Tuesday and asked Walker how he manages to maintain his impressive physique. The 52-year-old replied by saying he does 1,500 push-ups a day plus thousands of sit-ups to stay chiseled.
Of course, this shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, because Walker dabbled in mixed martial arts a few years ago and earned 5th-degree black belt status by 2010.
