DeSean Jackson claims former agent Drew Rosenhaus violated the National Football League Player's Association rules by bribing him to sign with his agency with tons of cash and a Louis Vuitton bag back in 2009. This is according to a report stemming from legal documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
Jackson is in the process of trying to overturn an arbitrator's ruling that he owes Rosenhaus more than $500,000 in unpaid loans. However, Jackson claims in the documents that he shouldn't have to repay Rosenhaus because the money was given to him as an incentive to sign with Rosenhaus' agency.
Jackson alleges the move by Rosenhaus was a big violation of NFLPA rules which ultimately means the NFL wide receiver isn't obligated to pay back any money at all.
The bribe was reportedly given to Jackson in the form of cash inside a Louis Vuitton bag just after the midnight hour on Nov. 10, 2009.
