Video: Diamondbacks minor leaguer slugs five home runs consecutively

On Thursday, Arizona Diamondbacks minor league slugger Jon Griffin did something that had never been done before. And that is hit five home runs in five consecutive at-bats.

The crazy streak began Wednesday night when he blasted four as a member of the Double-A Mobile BayBears. On Thursday, Griffin ripped another blast in his first at-bat to make it five in a row.

The previous record for home runs hit in consecutive at-bats in a major or minor league game was held by Carlos Gonzalez (2012) and Carlos Delgado (2003).
