Under the guidance of head coach Gus Malzahn, the Auburn Tigers have developed a reputation of going very fast. On Wednesday, Malzahn volunteered at the Oak Park Nursing Home to speed up activities in this establishment as well.
Seen here is Malzahn leading a game of "hurry-up, no-huddle bingo" with the residents of the nursing home. It was part of Auburn's annual community service day and it's safe to say the folks in attendance were thrilled.
Malzahn cracked a few jokes about his players and even took a jab at Auburn's fast-style of play as it relates to its opponents.
"I'll slow down," Malzahn told a resident after rattling off another number. "That sounds like some of my players. We're going too fast, we've got to slow down. Or it sounds like some of our opponents."
