Missouri basketball player arrested twice in one day

Most people never get arrested in their lifetimes. However, the same cannot be said for Missouri Tigers basketball player Zach Price, who was reportedly arrested twice in one day.

The Louisville transfer was reportedly arrested early Thursday morning on suspicion of assault and domestic abuse. By Thursday evening, Price found himself behind bars yet again.

From the Columbia Tribune:

Price, 20, was involved in a dispute with a 23-year-old male roommate and a 23-year-old female and followed them from the area of Heather Lane and Ash Street to the area of Stadium Boulevard and blocked in their vehicle with his own vehicle, preventing them from leaving the area, according to the report.

The statement said that Price exited the vehicle and struck the male victim in the face with a closed fist. The other victim attempted to intervene and was pushed to the ground by Price.

One of the victims tried to spray Price with mace. Both victims were said to sustain minor injuries as a result of Price’s actions.

Missouri beat writer Dave Matter has confirmed that Price has been arrested for a second time. More details to come, of course, but it's unclear what the offenses are at this point. What is clear, however, is that Price has found himself in plenty of trouble with the law on this fateful weekday.
