Video: Canadian college basketball player scores 12 points in 28 seconds
Lloyd Strickland, a member of the Alberta Red Deer College Kings, caught fire near the end of the Canadian College Athletic Association final and nearly lifted his team to a miraculous victory.
With just 28 seconds remaining in the game, and his team trailing by seven, Strickland ripped off four straight three-pointers in 28 seconds to come within a hair of knocking off Langara College.
As you can see, the sequence is truly unbelievable as Strickland wound up with 34 points on the night. However, the Red Deer Kings couldn't capitalize on their final possession and were handed a tough 88-86 defeat.
