The latest involves Jake Peavy lacerating his left index finger with a fishing knife on Saturday. Apparently, the laceration was serious enough to require stitches. Furthermore, the Red Sox pitcher is expected to miss at least three days of action because of the accident.
That's a tough break, indeed.
