Video: Will Ferrell crashes Pete Carroll's USC speaking engagement to kick field goals

On Wednesday, Pete Carroll made a return to USC for a speaking engagement following the Seattle Seahawks' victory in the Super Bowl.

It was a glorious return for the former Trojans football coach, but it was made even better when actor Will Ferrell showed up to crash the party.

Apparently, Ferrell wasn't interested in speaking, he just wanted to practice kicking field goals. Seen here is Ferrell booting a pigskin into the crowd while Carroll serves as placeholder.

As for Carroll's speech, it reportedly lasted for two hours, as he talked about his team philosophy, new USC coach Steve Sarkisian, and the infractions the school incurred during his tenure involving improper benefits to Reggie Bush.
