Tinder tells American Olympians to focus on competition not social app

Earlier this week, gold medalist Jamie Anderson told US Weekly that Tinder, the social app that helps people find other people to hook up with, is "next level" in the Olympic Village.

She also added, "There was a point where I had to be like OK, this is way too distracting. I deleted my account to focus on the Olympics."

If it was up to Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen, he would like for all American Olympians to follow Anderson's example, because he wants them to focus on the Olympics, and not getting busy.

"Tinder is a great way to meet new people when you're traveling and want to get the most out of your experience in a new city, but for now, focus on giving it your all while competing."

"Tinder will always be here when you're done."

Amen. That's good insight.
