Johnny Manziel: Texans not drafting me would be worst decision they've ever made

Johnny Manziel has made it crystal clear what he believes the Houston Texans should do with the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. Simply put, the former Heisman winner believes the Texans would be ill-advised to not draft him.

“It would be the worst decision they’ve ever made,” he says, smiling. “I’d be in the same division playing against them twice a year. Sorry, but you just turned that chip on my shoulder from a Frito into a Dorito.”

Frito into a Dorito? What?

Nevermind.

The idea of Houston tabbing the hometown kid makes a lot of sense from a business standpoint. The majority of fans undoubtedly want to see what Manziel can do at quarterback for the Texans. But is he the safest pick to succeed in the NFL among the quarterback prospects?

Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles may have a word to say about that.
