If you are looking for a keepsake from attending a Los Angeles Dodgers game this season, don't expect a ticket stub to be an option, because the Dodgers are going paperless in 2014.
Instead, season ticket holders will be forced to either print out their own tickets at home, which include display bar codes, or allow ticket takers to scan their bar codes directly from a smartphone.
There is always the chance to obtain a paper ticket on a single-game basis, but because 95 percent of such tickets are already sold online, fans will need to use the bar code route, anyway.
What do you think about the situation? Does it represent a better fan experience?
