Budweiser tops the list of the five biggest Super Bowl ad spenders since 2008


Getting a commercial spot in the Super Bowl takes money. Lots of it to be exact.

Fortunately, for these five companies, money hasn't seemed to be an issue when creating commercials for the big game, which is why they rank as the top five Super Bowl advertising spenders since 2008, according to a recent study conducted by Nielson.

1) Budweiser - $149 million
2) Pepsi - $97 million
3) Coke - $62 million
4) Volkswagen $57 million
5) Fiat - $55 million
