Bears fan who used stun gun on his Packers-loving wife hit with $250 fine

Hey, do you remember that story we brought you in November about a Bears fan who used a stun gun on his wife, who also happens to be Packers fan?

Well, apparently that guy was slapped with a $250 fine by an Illinois circuit court last week after pleading no contest to disorderly conduct.

The 42-year-old alleges that he and his wife had a bet over Monday Night Football that allowed him to use the stun gun on her if Green Bay lost. Of course, Green Bay in fact lost, and the man followed through on their ridiculous bet, expect his wife took exception when he allegedly stunned her twice in the ass and once in the thighs. She called police and her husband wound up getting in trouble with the law.

During questioning, the Illinois man told police that his wife consented to being shocked by the Taser as part of a bet.. Grant said his wife sent a text message to her sons saying that if the Packers lost to the Bears she would allow Grant to use the Taser on her. The man showed police the woman’s cell phone containing the text as well as a video in which she appears to be laughing as the Taser is being used on her, according to the complaint.

Nicole Grant told police she didn’t think her husband would actually use the Taser on her.

Moral of the story: Don't make stupid bets with your spouse.

  1. I can't believe she called the police on her husband after she agreed to be tazed and was recording laughing about it. The moral of the story should include divorce.
