Kobe Bryant received some unfavorable news Thursday morning when he learned that he would miss at least six weeks with a fractured lateral tibial plateau in his left knee.
However, in classic Black Mamba fashion, Bryant immediately launched a campaign revolving around the message that he will be back.
Aside from posting a tweet that read "#BrokenNotBeaten" on his Twitter account, Bryant also participated in an interview with Yahoo! Sports, which he boldly stated, "Only an idiot would doubt my return."
Indeed. Given Bryant's track record, work ethic, and fire to prove critics wrong, it would be a mistake to doubt him. After all, his doubters seem to be his greatest motivation.
