Video: Kendrick Perkins tries to pop finger back into place after dislocating it

The Oklahoma City Thunder officially began its 2013 preseason schedule on Saturday by playing Fenerbahce Ulker in Istanbul as part of the Global Games.

Unfortunately, Thunder forward Kendrick Perkins was forced to leave the game in the first half, joining fellow starter Russell Westbrook on the injury list.

Perkins dislocated a finger while battling for a rebound, and as seen in the video clip above, he did his best to fix it himself. He was apparently unsuccessful, however, as Perkins didn’t start the second half. Instead, rookie Steven Adams got the nod in his place.

Fortunately, Perkins doesn't expect to miss too much time because of the injury.
