Photo: St. Louis newspaper compares Cardinals 'way' versus Dodgers 'way' in creative illustration

The St. Louis Cardinals and Los Angeles Dodgers are the only two teams left standing in the National League. And the ways in which they got to this point are far different, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

While the Cardinals take a similar approach to winning as the New England Patriots and San Antonio Spurs in the NFL and NBA, respectively, the Dodgers have allegedly paid their way to success, according to the newspaper.

The Cardinals focus on aspects such as scouting, development, preparation in their pursuit to win. On the contrary, the Dodgers are painted as the big market club, who has used unlimited financial resources to create wins.

The illustration aims to creatively depict this view of differences by painting the Dodgers as the villains.

Your move, Los Angeles Times.
