NFL scout freaked out by the fact Teddy Bridgewater wears a glove?

On Friday, Louisville Cardinals quarterback and Heisman hopeful Teddy Bridgewater will be placed into the national spotlight yet again, when his undefeated squad takes on Central Florida.

Because Bridgewater is expected to go high in the next NFL Draft, perhaps even No. 1 overall, many scouts will be on hand to watch the junior signal caller. This includes one scout, who spoke to the USA Today on condition of anonymity, who said the fact that Bridgewater wears a glove on his throwing hand "kind of freaks me out a little bit."

The scout said that wearing a glove could be indicative about a quarterback with small hands, and as many other pundits have done this year, as it has become a trendy thing to do, the scout also proceeded to bash Louisville's schedule, saying it "hasn't exactly been murderer's row."

For the record, Bridgewater isn't the first quarterback to wear gloves to help gain a better grip on the pigskin. Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Ben Roethlisberger are just a few current NFL quarterbacks who have been to known to wear a glove on their throwing hand, as well. It should be pointed out that each of those guys has won a Super Bowl.
