Minor league team invites banned Dodgers 'rally bear' to attend opening day

You can't keep a good bear down.

On Monday, during the National League Championship Series, the "Rally Bear" made an appearance to cheer on the Los Angeles Dodgers, while dancing on top of the St. Louis Cardinals dugout.

Unfortunately, the dancing was not sanctioned by the Dodgers, and it resulted in a six-month ban from Dodger Stadium for the cuddly creature.

Thankfully, the Bowling Green Hot Rods, Single-A affiliate for the Tampa Bay Rays, have come to the rescue, extending an invitation to the Rally Bear to attend Opening Night on April 3.

The Rally Bear, along with Hot Rods mascot Axle the Bear, will be allowed to dance on top of the dugouts at Bowling Green Ballpark, entertaining fans and the baseball world alike.

All is well that ends well, right?
