Video: Toledo Mud Hens turn amazing game-ending triple play

It's not everyday you witness a triple play, especially not a game-ending triple play, and even more especially a bizarre 7-2-4-3 game-ending triple play.

However, this was precisely what fans who attended Saturday's game between the Columbus Clippers and the Toledo Mud Hens saw in the ninth inning.

With runners on the corners, Clippers shortstop Ryan Rohlinger lifted a fly ball to left field for the first out of the inning. The second out occurs when the runner on third tries to tag up and score. After he is gunned down, the runner at first gets caught in the middle of no man's land and is tagged out to end the game.

Mud Hens win, 4-1.
