Video: Chris Sale takes out frustrations of bad start on ice chest

Chicago White Sox ace Chris Sale was not in a good mood after Friday's start versus the Texas Rangers.

The southpaw suffered arguably his worst outing of the year en route to giving up eight runs in an 11-5 loss.

Sale also surrendered four home runs in his seven innings of work.

Naturally, Sale was quite angry with himself afterward, and decided to take out some of his frustrations on an innocent ice chest in the dugout.

“When you don’t do your best and, quite honestly, get your rear end kicked around for seven innings, you’re going to get frustrated,” Sale said afterwards.

That poor ice chest never had a chance.
