Pair of autographed underwear by Jim Palmer up for sale on eBay

If you are in the market for a pair of tighty-whities autographed by a Hall of Fame pitcher than I have just the thing for you!

There is a pair of underwear signed by Baltimore Orioles legend Jim Palmer up for auction on eBay at the moment.

Palmer was a six-time All-Star and three-time Cy Young Award winner who also modeled underwear for Jockey back in the late 1970s.

This pair for sale isn't of the Jockey variety, but I have got to believe it's a rarity. Who else would put their John Hancock on someone else's underoos?

The best part of it all is the fact that the piece of memorabilia has a Certificate of Authenticity sticker placed right there on the front for all to see. Thus, confirming that Palmer did indeed agree to place his signature upon one of the most unusual things imaginable.

Update: The item has sold for a thrifty $62.99 plus $6.95 for standard shippping.
