Bryce Harper was not a happy camper after being plunked in the thigh by Atlanta Braves pitcher Julio Teheran in the bottom of the fifth inning on Tuesday. The hit-by-pitch resulted in both benches clearing, however, nothing escalated further than that.
In Harper's previous at-bat, he smacked a solo home run off Teheran, so perhaps this is why the Braves felt compelled to drill him on his next trip to the dish.
Apparently, Atlanta's official Twitter account didn't take Harper's reaction to being hit very well, which is what prompted them to deliver the following zing toward the youngster.
Clown move bro

The Nationals were quick to fire back, though.
@Braves Which part, giving up the home run, or drilling the 20-year-old on the first pitch his next time up?

Can you tell the two are division rivals?
