Chicago White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramirez has a rocket for an arm.
Ramirez put this arm on full display Tuesday night when he essentially threw a baseball straight through the webbing of teammate Adam Dunn's glove.
The play came in the bottom of the sixth inning at Minnesota when Twins batter Brian Dozier hit a routine groundball toward Ramirez at shortstop. Ramirez scooped it up and fired to Dunn at first base, however, Dozier wound up being safe after Dunn's glove broke while trying to make the catch.
Cue the Yakety Sax music, please.
