Video: Adam Jones hits strange upper deck home run

Most upper deck home runs are long, majestic drives that travel extremely long distances.

But the upper deck shot Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones whacked on Sunday against the Minnesota Twins was certainly not.

Watch as Jones rips a sharp line drive that barely clears the left field fence. All in all, it probably travels no farther than 350 feet. However, somehow the ball manages to wind up in the upper deck after ricocheting off some railing located behind the fence.

Pretty bizarre, huh?

It takes several replays in order to fully understand where and how the ball ends up where it does.
