Jeff Gordon is asking $30 million for swanky condo in New York

If you are in the market for a luxurious condominium located in the heart of New York City, look no further than the one NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon has up for sale for a cool $30 million.

The three-bedroom pad features a sushi bar, cherry wood floors, and a magnificent view of the Central Park treetops. Oh, and famous sportscaster Bob Costas lives upstairs.

Gordon originally bought the place for $9.67 million in 2007 and is seeking a significant increase in resale value, obviously.

God bless the realtor who gets the commission check for selling it.

    1. till the man? He has gotten soft he is no longer committed. He is taking up a ride that a more hungry driver could make far better use of. Why you think he lost his main sponsor, they recognized that mister was no longer daring or motivated enough to win. I am still a fan of his but I sense that he is just going through the motions. Why with all his influence he cannot have a setup thats comparable to the other Hendricks cars
