The start of the Columbus Crew's match against DC United was delayed for 50 minutes Saturday after the scoreboard at Crew Stadium caught on fire.

As you can see, the spectacle was a scary sight to behold until the Columbus Fire Department was called in to extinguish the flames.

Eventually, the two teams did get to resume the game, with the Crew using the fire to help spark a 3-0 victory over their rivals to help secure their first home win of the season.
