Video: Tigers and Giants have World Series rematch by playing Connect Four

The San Francisco Giants emerged as World Series champions last season after winning four games in a row over the Detroit Tigers.

Recently, a rematch of sorts transpired as two opposing players from that series went at it each other once again, but this time the competititon involved Connect 4.

The spectacle occurred during an annual event for the Fresno Grizzlies, the Triple-A affiliate of the Giants, when pitchers Doug Fister (Tigers) and George Kontos (Giants) partook in a friendly rematch involving the classic game.
As you can see, Kontos prevailed and hoisted the dubious cup as his prize. The Giants lay claim to the title once again and Fister is left to ponder what went wrong.

Perhaps another game is in order next time around. Maybe Hungry Hungry Hippos?
