Video: LeBron James plays catch with fan in the stands

LeBron James gave one fan a crash course on proper passing techniques during Friday's home game against the Clippers.

The Heat star delighted the AmericanAirlines Arena just before halftime when he played a mini-game of catch with a fan in the stands.

The moment came in the closing seconds of the second quarter when a ball bounced out of bounds and into the seats. James walked over to the sidelines to gesture for the fan, who just so happened to be wearing James' No. 6 jersey, to pass the ball to him.

The fan obliged, but apparently it wasn't up to the standards of King James.

James immediately fired a chest pass back to the fan, who to his credit, snagged the ball and then proceeded to fire a satisfactory pass right back at James.

When interviewed by Lisa Salters before heading into the locker room at halftime, James said: "I just wanted to show my appreciation to the fans that we have here. They've been great all night."

The Heat wound up racing to an easy victory over the visiting Clippers while James led the way with a game-high 30 points.
