Dodgers infielder arrested after popping wheelies

Justin Sellers, an infielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers, was reportedly arrested over the weekend after police witnessed him doing "wheelies" on his motorcycle.

The alleged incident occurred late Saturday in a West Sacramento neighborhood. Sellers allegedly fled from police when officers first tried to pull him over. However, the 26-year old eventually turned himself in after leading officers on a short chase.

This apparently isn't the first time police have had complaints about a motorcyclist driving recklessly in the area. Authorities say they had previously received multiple complaints in the past month, as well.

Sellers appeared in only 19 games for the Dodgers last season before being sidelined with a back injury.

He is the son of former Boston Red Sox pitcher Jeff Sellers.
