Video: UMass running back front flips into the endzone
Seen here is University of Massachusetts tailback Michael Cox taking a handoff during the third quarter and scampering eight yards before flipping forward the next two yards to score an acrobatic touchdown.
It pulled the visiting Minuteman to within 21-10 of the host Miami (Oh) Red Hawks on Saturday, but they would wind up losing anyway, 27-16. UMass now drops to an unsightly 0-4 on the 2012 campaign.
For what it's worth though, the high-flying Cox would tack on another rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter. He ended up with a whopping 188 yards and two scores on 30 carries. Not bad for one day's work.
