15 players suspended in LAX fight

Where else but Canada can you find an uprising like this in a game involving sticks?

Seen here is the Naniamo Timbermen and the Coquitlam Adanacs of the British Canadian Intermediate A indoor lacrosse league engaging in a massive brawl.

Apparently, the Timbermen were ignited by a goal scored by the Adanacs' Cody Reed that gave his team a whopping 15-4 lead just before halftime. So, instead of trying to make up the deficit, the Timbermen took to physical violence and it all escalated from there.

All totalled, 15 players received suspensions for their roles in the clash.

"Tempers are hot and fiery and someone might have said something to them and there you go," said league commissioner Gene Regier after the game. "Things happen in an instant, there's a lot of testosterone flowing on the floor."
